I contacted JB Computer Solutions during the day and they came out that evening, within an hour she had the problem sorted. I asked the girl if she could set me up a wireless network and within 2 days she came back out with all the equipment and had it set up very quickly. She was helpful and pleasant and I was very impressed with the service I received.

A work colleague told me about JB Computer Solutions which I contacted about my computer running slow and also while I was on the Internet I kept getting pop up windows and error messages. A lady technician came out and spent an hour giving my computer a good clean out. She said the computer just needed to be kept more maintained. The lady called again and sat with my three sons and showed them how to keep the computer maintained and also provided notes in case they forgot, I have had no problems since. Highly recommended

I met an employee of JB Computers during a delivery pick up. I got talking to the lady, I asked her about my computer running slow. She explained to me it may be a virus problem or just needs more memory. I left the computer into her, she ordered the memory for my computer and within a week she had it sorted. My computer is running a lot faster and I have had no problems since. Very happy with the service and they were not hard to pay.

My daughter put me in touch with JB Computer Solutions. I wanted to purchase a computer for my teenage daughter and did not know what to purchase. A lady from the company came to my house and advised me of what I needed and arranged to supply it. The computer was very well priced and she brought it out to the house and installed it. I was planning to go online and she explained to me about the various broadband options and how to go about ordering it. When my broadband equipment arrived I contacted them and the next evening they came back and installed all the equipment and then gave my daughter and I some lessons on surfing the Internet and using email.
