If we cannot repair your computer onsite we operate a Collect and Return service, where we will take your computer to our workshop. There is no additional charge for our collect and return service just the time spent on repairing your computer.

A computers performance can be improved by performing some routine maintenance.

• Hard disk clean up - removal of temporary/deleted files that are cluttering your hard drive. Through time this build up of unnecessary files can slow the performance of reading and writing to the hard drive
• Hard disk scan - scans the hard disk for any errors or corrupt files
• Defragment hard disk - organises files for quicker file retrieval, an analogy of this would be a filing cabinet and all files being neatly stored in organised sections
• Virus, Ad-aware, Malware removal - if you are connected to the internet you will of probably came across these, they can be harmful to your system
• Registry clean up - removal of any unwanted entries in your systems registry
