How much is your call out fee?

Call out charge is £20 this includes the first hour of work on your system.

 

Do you offer any telephone technical support?

No. Telephone support is only available to our existing customers. If you have used our services you will be entitled to one instance of telephone support.

 

Are your engineers fully qualified?

Yes, all our engineers are highly qualified with years of experience. All engineers are A+ or Network + certified.

 

Do you have a no fix no fee policy?

Yes we do, in the unlikely event we don't do the job as required, you DON'T pay.

 

Do you have to take my computer away?

No, normally we aim to carry out repairs on site, but on occasions it may be necessary to take your computer back to our workshop to carry out more advanced tests and repairs.

 

How long does it take to collect, fix and return my computer?

Normally 4-5 working days unless your computer requires components for repairs or upgrades. If you have any other questions which have not been covered, please ask us and we will then add it to our page.
