How much is your call out fee?
Call out charge is £20 this includes the first hour of work on your system.
Do you offer any telephone technical support?
No. Telephone support is not available.
Are your engineers fully qualified?
Yes, all our engineers are highly qualified with years of experience. All engineers are A+ or Network + certified.
Do you have a no fix no fee policy?
Yes I do, in the unlikely event I don't do the job as required, you DON'T pay.
(Not appliciable to ISP diagonesed faults )
Do you have to take my computer away?
No, normally I aim to carry out repairs on site, but on occasions it may be necessary to take your computer back to my workshop to carry out more advanced tests and repairs.
How long does it take to collect, fix and return my computer?
Normally 4-5 working days unless your computer requires components for repairs or upgrades.
